HOW TO USE TERPIES
DRINKS
1. Add 1-4 drops per 250ml of liquid
2. Start with a lower amount of Terpies and add more as desired.
3. Best use to is to decant the desired dose onto a teaspoon then add Terpies to your beverage. Take precaution when adding Terpies straight to your beverage container.
FOOD
1. Add 1-4 drops per 250g
2. Start with a lower amount of Terpies and add more as desired.
Option 1: Add Terpies to your food before cooking (eg, salad dressing, icing)
Option 2: Add Terpies after cooking with a spray bottle or atomizer
NOTE: Terpies pack a punch! You may need less than you think.
